Cubasis LE is the compact version of Steinberg’s streamlined, multitouch sequencer for the iPad, providing the same look and feel of its bigger brother Cubasis. Specially designed for quick and easy operation, Cubasis LE makes recording, editing and mixing a breeze. With MicroSonic, Cubasis LE includes a virtual instrument to be played in real-time using the flexible virtual keyboard. Song ideas can be captured with up to four audio and four MIDI tracks and further edited and polished to perfection with the integrated editors, mixer and selected effects. Thanks to the Cubasis project importer, Cubasis LE projects can be even opened in Cubase — both on Windows and OS X. With touch-intuitive production tools, Cubasis LE opens up a new world of possibilities for your creativity.

Excellent but missing some things

The software is awesome in general. But I can not automate the preset change in a specific track. For example, I can not automate the preset change in a guitar track adding Tonebridge as a AUv3 effect. Maybe I”m doing something wrong.

Not being able to download

Hi ! I’m trying to download Cubasis as I bought the steinberg UR12 soundcard a couple of months ago and I was working with GarageBand with my iPad but I was finding it a bit limited so I thought I would download cubasis LE because it came the free download with the steinberg sound card. The point is I pressed to download it and it supposedly started but it’s like in a stand by state. The square button it there but it doesn’t appear any blue line showing is downloading. I’d like to attach a picture but it’s not possible. Any help please? Thank you

Crashes after last update

Hi, guys! I have been working with purchased version of the app for a couple of years in an iPad Pro 2017 (IOS 13.3), with no issues. After the last update (December 2019), Cubase does not even start. It shows its splash screen, and closes after a couple of seconds. It does not even show the app main screen. Can you please help me fix it? Happy 2020, by the way!!!
