The pic is great, but I lost sound and can’t get the sound to work. When I get sound, I can rate it 5 stars

But there’s no sound. I watch through my iPad and it used to work great, but 3weeks ago I got no sound!

Much better than old way of accessing on mobile device. However, there is a CC button but it does not function on iPhone 15 Pro. Wats up? If that was operational I would give this 5 stars.

Cannot send bug reports to the dev either as there is an invalid doc format error when submitting. Disappointed so far - seems like the service is very rough and still needs a lot of work while being quite expensive. Will try firedevices next maybe better luck there.

Picture quality is really good, but full screen is not full screen; half of the screen is taken up with the upcoming schedule when in full screen mode. Full screen should be full screen!

What button you think would be full screen just makes it from portrait to landscape..

I signed up for cue and now I cannot open my profile in the app. I have to use a link I saved to my home screen and can sign in anytime, but if I use the same credentials on the app, it says there’s an error and wants me to change my password or use a code. What code? Where do you get a code? Why can’t I sign into the actual app when I already have a profile? Makes me kind of dread getting my fire sticks in the mail and trying to get it on the different tv’s. I hate to give a star rating since I am so new, but for the programming, love it! So many options!!! I’ll do a three for now, but always subject to change over time.

Love the variety all the coast to coast channels. Nice that you can mark favorites but need to be able to access JUST those favorites. Would be nice to have picture in a picture as well. Better than web browser in that you can now see what programs are on each channel.

I love this on my TV, however it won’t let me sign in on my iPhone. I signed into it on the actual website, but everytime I try to sign in on the app, it says “error”

App keeps indicating an error when trying to sign in, yet the email and password are correct. Not ready for prime time!
