App doesn’t work

“Let’s go” and “Skip” buttons don’t work. Tried logging in using Google option and the app closes. Tried logging in multiple times using email option and the “Submit” button doesn’t work. I’m using the most recent app and iOS. Also, I can’t find anywhere to get technical assistance from Culture Trip. I left a message in Twitter - no help there. I give up!!

Key app functions are not working

I cannot save places to visit because the app won’t allow me to make a list to save them to. I tried to send this feedback via the app and the message said that mail servers don’t work.

App not working

Hit “Let’s Go” and app stalls Go to “Sign Up” and hit “Skip”, app stalls. Can not access the app. iOS 15.4.1 - iPhone 8

Very helpful travel companion

My husband and I are backpacking in South America and culture trip really helps us with tips on restaurants, neighbourhoods to visit and things to do wherever we go.

Would be lost without this app

Best app for finding cool places when traveling!

Fantastic app, but ...

I wish they hadn’t changed their social presence into just another Buzzfeed. “17 things you won’t believe about New York, number 7 will shock you” rubbish. Bring back the real travel journalism. You’re too good to drop to the clickbait standard!

Could be a lot better

when the app wasn't crashing, a lot of the articles that I checked out had outdated information in and not the helpful guide I was hoping for!
