I’ve used Culture Trip as a travel companion for ~5 years but was very disappointed to open it up to do some research on an upcoming trip today and see it has been transformed into a package holiday app, with the travel guides now pushed to a corner of the app and the quality and quantity of them lacking compared to what they were only a few months ago.
There are no restaurant recommendations now for the large european city i’m visiting whereas in December it lead me to a succession of fantastic restaurants in another city.
App doesn’t work
“Let’s go” and “Skip” buttons don’t work. Tried logging in using Google option and the app closes. Tried logging in multiple times using email option and the “Submit” button doesn’t work. I’m using the most recent app and iOS. Also, I can’t find anywhere to get technical assistance from Culture Trip. I left a message in Twitter - no help there. I give up!!
Key app functions are not working
I cannot save places to visit because the app won’t allow me to make a list to save them to. I tried to send this feedback via the app and the message said that mail servers don’t work.

Go to “Sign Up” and hit “Skip”, app stalls. Can not access the app.
