Welcome to Wolfsburg! Wolfsburg is the youngest German city and has an impressive history. WMG Wolfsburg and AudioQ have developed the CultureMaps Wolfsburg app to bring this history to life.
All POIs as audio
CultureMaps Wolfsburg offers you 50 Points Of Interest (POIs) with detailed descriptions and photos from today and the beginnings of the city. All texts are also available for listening. Some POIs are world-famous, such as the Volkswagen factory, Autostadt and Phaeno, while others tell stories previously unknown even to Wolfsburgers.
Interesting tours
With CultureMaps, you can move around freely and navigate specifically to individual POIs or be guided along one of the tours through Wolfsburg. You will automatically hear the description as soon as you approach a place of interest.
The route function
Soon, CultureMaps will have a unique route function, allowing you to create the route and arrange the POIs along the route yourself or have them created according to your preferences. This feature makes CultureMaps your personal city and audio guide.
A comprehensive search
CultureMaps also has a comprehensive search function. If you only have one keyword in your head for a POI, simply enter it into the search mask and all POIs containing the searched word will be displayed immediately.
Suggest POIs
The number of sights in CultureMaps will steadily increase. There are many interesting stories to tell and discover in almost every place. But for that, we need your help. Do you know any interesting places, things or stories in Wolfsburg? Then please suggest them. Tap on the bottom green button in the map display, fill in the input fields and send a photo. Your data will remain confidential in any case. Our editors will check the facts and create a new POI - provided the information meets our criteria.
