Bought remove ads but is not effective

I purchased the no ads why I still need to watch ads

After buying lots of gem and upgrading my item to legendary My HP went from 20m to now 2.6B I use barbarian, before uograding, with a shield early level enemy damage is only 200-500k But the same chapter after upgrading my item, the enemy damage with a shield became 70m Please check as I really like this kind of idle game, if it like this I would really feel cheated and won’t continue playing! Or just reverse back all my upgrade, since after upgrading the enemies damage suddenly became 300x with the same chapter. From 200k to 70m

I’m on the latest iPhone Pro Max, and yet this game heats up my phone so quickly that it is impossible to play more than one game. Please look into it and address the issue. Furthermore, I understand the need for ads, but the 5 secs random ads are sometimes ever so frustrating.

Please remove or reduce all the annoying ads

after upgrade cannot work with apple pencil，one more thing after sign out & in account, one of my hero talent gone, it cost 1000 gem ! Very disappointed

I really like this game and its very interesting. The worst part is unwanted ads always come while playing the game. If we need extra rewards or anything to gain to watch ads it’s fine, that is what we wanted so we watch the ads. The annoying part is while playing the ads keep popping always please fix this or I’m uninstalling the game

The game is not that good,Never purchase to remove ads,because if you purchase,there still will be ads. Its a scam & they scamming people.

Non stop ads keep getting interrupted by ads like 5 stage u will get ads without pressing anything

At first it, the game was nice and everything was okay even though there were a bit, just a bit of sides that could’ve been improved. After the major update that this game had, a lot of things changed like the way u can upgrade ur hero and similar things. Now it became nearly impossible to upgrade ur hero due to the new system. In old version u needed only gold. Now u need both hero card and hero tokens. Hero tokens are nearly impossible to gather much of unless u have battle pass, also hero cards are rare but hero tokens system is messed up. I really like this game so much in the past now it became so boring since u will sooner or later get stuck in a stage. I’ve been in chapter 36 for a long time alr and im deciding to delete the game since this game became a pay to win type of game.
