The app works great, pairing is wonderful, but if I don’t put a tip before the ride ends, the driver doesn’t get a tip and treat me poorly when I leave. Uber and Lyft do it. I would appreciate a way to tip after the ride is over so that the drivers don’t think I shorted them.
Every time it asked me to verify my phone number to open an account it will take me to the screen to type it. But it wouldn’t allow me to type anything! Furthermore, it will not allow me to book an account because I haven’t verified the phone number, but the stupid app will not allow me to type the phone number in!
You guys assign a driver that I waited 10 minutes for only for them to cancel. So you say hey we’ll find another and so I keep waiting (20 mins now since booking), don’t assign a driver, then you as in curb cancelled my request all together. So I go to try again and you raised my fair for the same trip. Back to uber and Lyft for me! And no tip if to the driver unfortunately because of you if you ever do assign me a driver
No realtime map updates and the cancel button doesn’t ask to confirm before cancellation. Also reserving a ride a day in advance doesn’t actually let them come any faster. We didn’t even get an SUV as we requested
I asked for Fox car rental agency on 24th and he took us to a car rental depot. He could have taken us straight to the car rental agency and saved me an hour. He took us to the depot where we had to wait for a shuttle to get to FOX CAR RENTAL. DONT RENT FEOM FOX WHEN UOU GET TO MIAMI.
Never set a default tip, as it needs to be earned, but once the ride ends you can't tip the driver. Can't imagine how many drivers lose out on tips this way. Terrible feature for an app.
Driver fell asleep ON THE FREEWAY. I reached out to the company with his name and plate number. They said there’s nothing they can do and no refunds. “If there’s a problem perhaps you can contact a police department.” Totally reckless. Maybe like 10% cheaper.. but at what cost?
Every time I attempt to use this app it crashes. I've not been able to get it to work well in forever.
You can't delete payment methods from the app. You can't switch a payment method when paired. The camera ocr for filling out the credit card doesn't pick up expiration dates. And on and on.
