This card has helped me get my credit back on track
I gave this bank a try earlier this year & during the holidays they have decided to restrict my account for fraud & told me to wait 3-5 days for the fraud team to reach out & until this day I haven’t received my account back, mind you my employer had already made a report on them for not sending a whole check back because the account number was messed up and the bank won’t return the money after 2 months.. this “Bank” is TRASHHH, customer service supervisor don’t know anymore than the regular employees, bad attitudes, It has been officially 9 business days and all the say is they don’t know the time frame it will take for them to fix or even give me an update.

They will do everything in their power to not help you with your accounts not only that but they will just end the chat on you when you are in the middle of chatting with A person who wasn’t a AI generated response. If you want an app that works don’t get this one
I love having my current account it’s so much nicer then chime I have had nothing but great experiences with my account and the customer service team is amazing

Only bank that I have and I absolutely love them,For being an online bank I haven’t ever had a bad experience in 4 years of being a customer.
All the app cares about is the looks of it, they keep making it more complicated every time they do a dumb update to transfer money to and from a savings pod. If you have all your money in savings pods and nothing in the actual spending account you cannot transfer it back unless you delete the savings pods. The whole app just looks stupid. Absolutely ridiculous. That one star is too much.
