anytime I try to contact driver support I get an automated system that only gives you 2 choices to pick from and then once clicked it ends the chat. There is no number to call. When you reach out via “request help” on the app it takes and I’m not exaggerating it takes an hour for someone answer you. Definitely need to improve that department as the drivers are the boots on the ground and shouldn’t have to wait a whole hour to get some help

Very dependable helps me pay my bills and does things right with excellent loads

After I entered all of my personal information, then they stated that they don’t have work in my location. That doesn’t sit right with me, and seems very shady. Why not ask for your zip code first? And let you know before entering your name address and vin#. Be careful.

Curri used to be my number one app until literally one day they stopped allowing me to win the bid outside of what is suggested it will Literally be 1-2 dollars outside of what they suggested and I won’t win the bid I have tested this theory and I don’t think they understand it’s not just driving it’s also time if im if it takes me 6mi to get to the location then the requested distance is 25mi why can’t I bid 62 or 60 they will Offer you 31 dollars and when you place the bid for 35 they will say someone else got it but if you accept the 31 which is 1 dollar per mi you got it absolutely disgusting and disgusted at the fact they don’t care about your time.

Slow. Doesnt pay much, but good for extra cash.

This company is bad and the entire business model for them is to take advantage of stupid drivers who are accepting those lowball offers. Instead of offering or posting market rate offers right away they designed this app so that first offer is extremely low where they take for them 70% and drivers get 30% for what they charge customers. Unfortunately desperate drivers sign up and are accepting unprofitable lowball offers. Basically Curri app is designed so that drivers are killing each other and are competing for lowest offer. STOP accepting those lowball offers. This company is in business delivering last mile gigs so they will pay higher rate if they need to. Wake Up!!!!!
