Needs sync with iTunes to work

Sounds are sent by email which has to be opened on a PC, the sound downloaded and saved, then added to iTunes. Finally you have to sync your phone. For users who have 'cut the chord' that's not much use. I feel conned! Not only that, they now have my email and god only knows what kind of junk I'll get now. It's not really good business to make your customers feel like an idiot Apple.
