Whenever I login, it won’t let me because the screen always turns black and doesn’t like open?

I love this game it is very good and it looks amazing. like how you do the 3d model 🥰 buttt I think there should be more clothes especially for the males. there is only two hair for the males character and no clothes for the male characters or body types for the male character!!!😭😭😭😭 pls fix this. males justice!!!
Issues
Amazing! This app is an enjoyable game for me but I have notice some issues. Whenever I press on customise I picked a male gender as it loads everything seems fine right? No it isnt. It pops up with a black screen and the music in the background. I though kt was just loading but it took a bit of time so I restart it, I try it again but it seems to pop up with the black screen again. Please fix this issue!!
ITS STILL LOADING
Started to load this game around 2 hours ago and it’s STILL loading. I thought it would be quick considering it’s only a few gigabytes but 2 HOURS?! This isn’t project sekai cmon…

It’s cute but I’m worried about the security. Like after you leave the app, it still shows you kinda like spying. I hate to say this. don’t download it if your scared, or don’t in general. Especially if underage kids have the app.
