Third class after sales service with third class app. Will not recommend Bluestar to anyone. Good app store is not having negative marking option orelse i could have given -100 or -infinity.

When you call to customers care they say we can only mail or msg them and hope they will do action on it , if you can’t contact or instruct your service provider to do service at allocated location then what’s the point of service. Perhaps then they will do services whenever they feel like … pathetic!!!

The app not even opens. It terminates the moment it is opened

The executives who come to service your AC are not trained in any way. The person who came to service my split ac broke the front cover of the indoor unit. So do not buy blue star products as their customer service is very pathetic

App does not work properly and every time you login, it is getting closed by default, Such a big company and having such kind of app development Very pathetic…

Very tremendous job by customer care with eta “ASAP” to arrange service for more than month and without coordination with the vendor team. They don’t even dare to redirect call to the managers and they never call back. The back end team cancelled my several tickets without reaching to me. No luck even after connecting with the regional managers. Better name it as black star. Rated 1/5. I would rate 1/100. The worst ever service which no one in the world wants.
