Worst customer service

Probably you need you need to get rid of your developer. The app doesn’t work properly when needed. Simply doesn’t load the account details on the property such as payment plan, total amount outstanding, total paid. The inspection report can’t be downloaded. This is a common disease of in the Middle East, but this app beats the antirecord.

Never recommend tiger customer service or buildings to anyone, Customer service agent amal is very disrespectful to the customers. also when u cancel apartment dont keep any hope for them to return ur money. company and customer service will not refund anything. They force customers to download this app to apartment cancellation as well.

Worst app ever

This company knows very well how to steal the customer legally. They have made a bunch of papers to force me accept illegal rent increases and also made me sign a paper that says that I want to leave my apartment, otherwise they will not renew my contract. This way they can kick me out anytime and never allow me to seek help from the legal department and the government protection. I wish they get sued as soon as possible.

Customer service team is available in their office only, if you get lucky to get a chance to meet them after full day of waiting there.

Let me take this opportunity to inform you about your customer care service team, almost of all are not well mannered to behave with customers. Seriously it’s very bad next level of experience. Please fix that too…

Not useful, not able to see my rental units in app
