Cute Pill Reminder

I paid for the ad-free version because it did what I needed it to and it had the best interface. It's better than Apple Health's own pill reminder app. Recommend.

I’m a pharmacist, but even so, I need reminders, ha! I wanted a simple tool to allow me to record when (if) I took my meds. I take 2 Rx meds & take occasional OTC NSAIDs, all once daily. My sleep schedule is inconsistent due to varying work shifts (hospital) so I found myself sometimes unsure if or when I’d taken that day’s dose. Problem solved - app allows documentation of dosing date & time. It also allows you to view your full record of dosing in list format. You can set alarms if desired. I also added my vaccination schedule to it for easy retrieval… my paper card record is getting dilapidated… Super easy to set up & use. I like how it allows calendar or task view. Even allows simple customizations like display color and alarm sound. The only things I would suggest is 1)a prompt to enter the medication strength along with name & unit. 2)allow a choice to change default dose to something other than 1 when recording daily dose. For example, I take 1 ½ pills for one med daily & it would be nice not to need to add the extra “½” every day. Thank you to developer, very useful!!! Just what I needed & better than I hoped to find!

What a perfect name! Apparently I need cute things to remind me of what I can’t seem to remember on my own and thank goodness for this app! Easy to use and does exactly what I need it to.

The monthly calendar view can actually indicate if or show what was taken, which is great for people that don’t need an exact reminder; there’s also an easy to find medication log. It’s pretty bare bones, but at remove ads once and forget? It’s way better than the other apps if all you need is KISS.

Then it's a 60 second ad to mark pill as taken. FAIL.

Perfect app for helping me keep track if I took a medication or supplement. Especially when some medications are meant to be taken at two or three times a day. Now I am no longer forgetting my dose or accidentally taking a double dose because I forgot I already took my pill.

This has a lot of great features and has the potential to be a great app. But the ad frequency is excessive. I get the need for the developer to monetize. But an ad plays at the bottom of the screen. A full screen ad plays EVERY time you check off a medication dose. If you’re taking several meds at the same time and have to click off several, you need to be quick or wait through an ad. I’m going to keep looking at other apps.

Ok understand the need for ads to support free apps but come on.. this thing gives you 3 ads every time you mark off a pill taken. Don’t want to spend 5 min trying to check off pills. I have to keep closing out of app and going back in to get to my meds. These ads make this app almost unusable. Going to try some more reminder apps. Seriously can you just cut the ads down some?
