I have the iPhone X. I love cutepolish on YouTube and I am very excited about that we can have an app! However, I have full service and the video advises that an error occurred due to unable to connect to the internet. This is disappointing but I have confidence it will be repaired soon and look forward to more Cutepolish in the future. Thank in advanced for any attention in this matter. Leah

I love this app because it's so helpful but my problem is that the recreations tab says slow connection. When I refresh, nothing shows up. I have a very strong wifi connection so I don't understand what's wrong. I can't see anyone else's recreations at all.

The app works really well for me. No problems but the videos... She makes them look so easy but there super hard except for a couple. And she mostly gets her friends to do them now so I mostly lost interest. But if you liked her YouTube channel I would get this:)

It worked perfectly fine the first day I used it, but then the next day, it says I need to check my wifi, but my wifi was on! I tried deleting the app, then downloading the app again, but it has the same problem! Fix it please!
I love this app! Sandy is an awesome you tuber and is outstanding at nail art. I especially like the recreations feature because I don't have any form of social media so this gives me a way to share my designs. Overall, this app is awesome!
I love your nail art videos on YouTube, and your tips on this app. However, your video section never loads for me and it always says I have a connection problem to my internet. Even though I don't have a connection problem because my internet is always working. So if you could fix that problem, it would be a lot better.
