I can, generally, accomplish what I set out to do in this app. There are other times when it is difficult to do so. For example, I went in earlier today to ask that my two filled scripts be delivered. I added them to my cart and headed to the check out page where it asked for my birthdate to verify my identity. Imagine my surprise when the app told me that my birthdate (which I’ve been using in the app and in the store for a few decades) doesn’t match with anyone in my account! I eventually solved it by going into my personal settings and re-entering my birthdate. I returned to the scripts page where everything proceeded without a hitch. This is just one example. There have been other frustrations.
Your app is horrible, unusable! Please make it user friendly!
1) Can’t print Rx list and cost for 2023 which I need for my taxes. Please give “Print” option. 2) Can’t see how to extend a hold on my RX on the CVS app. Received a text message that I was refunded for not picking up the RX, but I need the medication and have been unable to pick it up due to an injury. On the CVS app, it shows that it’s ready for pick up. I don’t know if it is ready or not. Do I need to pay for it again?
Running the current version of the CVS iPad app results in a pop-up requiring you to download an “update” to proceed - but the “update” is in fact the iPHONE version.
Takes too long with too many steps to get to what i want. ; namely the pharmacy
CVS decided to make all inquiries go directly to the app or automated phone system. You cannot talk to the pharmacy by phone even when THE APP TELLS YOU TO CALL. Make it make sense.
I wanted to have the purchase deliver. My initial effort had the purchases to be delivered. Then I made the error of changing it to pckup. I could not navigate back to delivery. I’m sure it was available somewhere … just wasn’t clear. So … I have COVID … my wife is just recovering from COVID … she went out masked to pick up the items. In this world of so many options to make on line purchases … it’s important to provide clear options to navigate and edit choices. Thank You
I called the store three times today to ask about a medication, I have to leave a voicemail. No one calls you back. This has happened to me before where I call and call and call and they either don’t answer the phone or I leave a message and no one calls back. I literally had to drive there to get a response while I was hanging on the phone pharmacy. There have been times when I have been left hanging for close to an hour.
CVS is a great store that always send me a lot of coupons and discounts to save me and my family a lot of money. Thanks so much.
