If there was to be where to rate a zero, I would. This is the worst delivery service I’ve ever encountered. Made an order and till this moment, delivery hasn’t be made after over 24hrs. Safe to have a full bottle of dispenser water before request, else you’d die of thirst. Or better still, get from a vendor. This is just a waste of time, space and data
Made an order for packs of water and till now orders have not been processed or delivered. Total waste of data,space and time. Be sure to have to a pack or two of water before placing an order because you’re guaranteed to die of thirst before the water is delivered 3/4 days later.
Worst delivery service ever. Not only are their drivers extremely rude and you have to beg for your water. They also do not pick any of your calls if you call their supposed “customer care” They are also unresponsive to emails if you have an issue.
Reusable bottles are old and look rough
I just downloaded the app and already love the experience, customer support is top notch and fast. Kuddos to the cway home team
