The CyberArk Identity (formerly Idaptive) mobile app provides you with secure access to all your organization’s applications and resources from your iOS device. By using the CyberArk Identity mobile app, you get:
• Single sign-on (SSO) access to all your cloud and on-premise apps while giving IT the security and compliance they need.
• Easy-to-use adaptive multi-factor authentication (MFA) to better protect corporate data. Choose from single-tap one-time passcodes or push notifications to mobile devices and smartwatches.
• Secure access to corporate email, mobile apps, VPN and Wi-Fi (if enrolled into MDM service).
Before installing this app, please verify that your company has licensed for necessary services from CyberArk. If your company has licensed necessary Identity services, all you will need is the authentication credentials that you normally use to log into your company’s CyberArk Identity portal.
This app may use the Device Administrator permissions, if your company has enrolled into MDM services.

Doesn’t work
Keeps coming up that I need to add a Face ID for it to work, when my work doesn’t use Face IDs.
It doesn’t work
I logged onto the App Store to see if my updates this app were current since Practice Protect is unusable! I’ve encountered the same issue that was reported on a review two years ago… I can’t click any of my company apps. Please fix!
Frustrating.....
The use of this app takes away a lot of function that I was accustomed to using on my iPad. I am having difficulty in: * printing to an air printer * operating multiple pages of a program * using my Apple Pencil More thought needs to be put into this app.
80% of time I can’t tap on any of the apps
80% of the time I use this app, it loads, displays all my apps and a few seconds later puts a “blanket” over the top of them, so they’re dimmed and all of the apps are un-clickable. This happens on both iPhone and iPad. I don’t know why it sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. I just know that 80% of the time this app is entirely useless to me; the remaining 20% it’s actually very useful as it allows me to quickly log into our corp apps without doing the painful Google<>Centrify<>Duo dance every single time. As a final note, the new turquoise logo looks awful on Chrome on Mac - the contrast between tab and logo definitely doesn’t meet accessibility contrast ratios.

Doesn’t work
It says it works for ios12 and later but hasn’t been able to open up since I updated to ios18 on iPhone 16.
Not Working on iPad Pro M4 (2024)
Come on! People rely on this app to be able to work remotely. App is a complete FAIL on the new 2024 iPad Pro M4
