Absolutely in love
Me and my wife had been looking at this seat since we found out we were expecting our 4th and final child. We got the bullet 6 months after they were born and have never been happier with a big purchase for our children!

Terrible App
I am constantly getting notifications that the child is in the car when the car sensor and seat sensor are offline. I had to shut off the notifications which negates the whole reason for having the sensor. I sent an email to Cybex for assistance. Their response didn’t fix the issue and they punted me to Gold. Absolutely terrible app and support.

Won’t work
The app won’t pick up my sensor and it is super frustrating!
False alerts
This constantly gives false alerts. I took my child to the store and my phone would not stop going off that there was a child in the car. I even unbuckled the chest clip thinking that was the problem but it wasn’t. I acknowledge the alert and it still says emergency contacts notified. It defeats the purpose when it constantly goes off. No one will pay attention when there’s a serious issue
Really buggy
My wife and I have this set up with our phones and lately have been riding together. MANY, MANY times my phone will alert loudly that my child is in the car (while I am driving). I’m even if I acknowledge it, it will then tell my it has alerted family that my child has been left alone. Then my wife’s phone yells this message out. I really wish it would be fixed or my car seat didn’t come with it. The amount of times my or my wife’s phone has yelled out “Child In Car” while we’re in the car OR buckling our child in is ridiculous. The other thing it will do is yell about the ambient temperature while we’re driving waiting for the AC (or in the winter) heat to kick in 😫.
Always gives me false alarms
I got this because we sometimes go on long drives and I liked the safety features. Unfortunately even at the lowest sensitivity setting I am not even able to get from my entrance to the car and vice versa before getting a few alarms that my child is alone in the car, which is really annoying. I wish there was even more sensibility settings to allow me to clip my baby in my home and not getting those false alarms. Also the heat alert seems to be a bit excessive, I have been getting it a few times when the car is not even that hot, so I am not sure I understand how it works... I think it’s a great idea, but I consider it needs to be refined a bit...
Evenflo
I am a little disappointed. I bought this car seat today, installed it and the actual clip to close the chest clip is broken. It just slides in and out instead of clipping tightly shut. Now I have to uninstall it all pack it back up and bring it back to be replaced. Bummer, I was excited about it!!
Okay start
Just bought the car seat so I figured I’d test the app out before the baby came. I have come across a few bugs so far. My car seat (Cybex Aton 2) wasn’t found when I scanned the barcode on the bottom. I had to add it manually. I’m not able to open the manual for my car seat in the manual section. Nothing happens when I press it. Notifications are not sent to my Apple Watch so if my phone is locked the notification doesn’t alert me. Other features seem good. Was pretty easy to setup other than the one note above about scanning.
Evenflo
This app is AMAZING! I love that it tells me when the seat is buckled or unbuckled AND tells me the temperature of the car. I wasn’t to sure about Evenflo but I wouldn’t go back after having this car seat feature.
