Cycle Tracking provides a convenient and discreet way to track your menstrual cycle using Apple Watch. Easily log your period, including flow levels, symptoms and fertility information. Choose to receive notifications for when your period or fertile window is about to begin.

• Cycle Tracking will display a prediction for when your next period will start and your fertile window.
• See current gestational age and log symptoms experienced during pregnancy in Cycle Tracking when you log a pregnancy in the Health app.
• Turn on notifications so you can receive an alert before your period or fertile window is likely to start.
• See additional detail including your cycle history and statistics in the Health app on iPhone.
• When your phone is locked with a passcode, all your health and fitness data in the Health app — other than your Medical ID — is encrypted. Your health data stays up to date across all your devices automatically using iCloud, where it is encrypted while in transit and on Apple servers.
