Machine always stops working half way.. no support staffs or contact no available.. better use ADNOC

No proper location of smart bins. Inside sharjah university which is closed in evening. Smart bins should have access to everyone 24/7. Also the rewards has been drastically reduced. Earlier for 250 points we get 50 aed voucher and now its 1 aed for 100 points.

Very fast a robust redemption, easy to use. Recycling made fun!

Reedeem for carefour is taking nearly one month now and still no response! if you want to have more people start to recycle you need to have better app and easy to use

The app feels like an app built for devices years ago, it is very unresponsive and slow. Before scanning, I wanted to check what the redeem option was like and what is there to be offered. Every time I clicked, the app would take me to update my personal information which I have done multiple times already. I am not sure if I can’t check the redeem option because I am yet to scan or deposit bottles, if yes, then please rethink how customers will interact with the UI. The app in general feels slow and laggy. Before launching apps and services to the market please run tests to see if said apps/services are functioning. I am disappointed as I was looking forward to trying something that helps the environment.

Great app, great idea! Everything works smoothly and had no issues. Redeem part is easy and I didn’t have hard time with it. Hope to see many devices on the map in the future.

I tried to redeemed for a voucher since last June, but up to now there is no email for the voucher, morethan a month now. Very disappointed on the Cycle Smartbin System

When I put in the OTP as received by the email, it says I need a newer version of the app, despite just downloading the latest version. No option to create account for UAE phone numbers (+971 country code).
