I’ve used Cyclemeter for years and I can’t praise it enough! Easy to use and all the stats you could ever want. Much better than a Garmin.
Issue since last update
Stop detection no longer working when cycling. Using with Apple Watch.

Looks great and fully featured but
….I’m coming from Garmin and due to my hearing difficulties I rely on their RTL515 Radar. Please add this and I will reconsider. I am quite happy to pay for an app!
Pop up ads!!!
Further to the post below, the Developer responded promptly, apparently there is an additional step for me to take in settings which has removed the “pop-up’s”. Only issue I have is that I have not had to do this on previous renewals and no where was I told or warned about it thus causing some frustration and docked a star for what otherwise is a great app! I renewed my elite subscription a couple of weeks ago now expires 27 June 2024. Used the app last night (use it daily) no problems. Why today am I now getting pop up ads on it?? Frustrating and not what I signed up to. What is going on???
Scam
I have used this successfully in the past but now, starting a route takes you to a 3rd party web page that tries to scam your money. App Deleted No, I tapped start route! and yes I have experienced the screen filling ad that you can accidentally select when you’re trying to make it go away, a bit devious I’d say…
New beginnings.
This app is great! I've recently rewarded myself with a decent road bike having completed 6 months alcohol free. A few accessories were required, one of which being something to track my speed, distance and give me some idea where I am! I looked at various speedometers, read the reviews, then on to the not so cheap GPS models. It then dawned on me I already have a device with built in GPS - my phone! 🙈 So I bought a cheap phone mount, (for £7 it's actually quite good, and does the job well), and spent another £9 upgrading to the Elite version. So for £16 I now have exactly what I needed, saving a lot of £ in the process. Good job!!
