A personalized training plan
A professional cycling coach creates every Cycling.Diet plan according to user quiz answers. Your workout plans will combine cycling challenges and strength training sessions that vary in duration, distance, and difficulty.
We provide 6 different cycling plans to choose from – Newbie, Beginner, Fitness, Intermediate, Advanced, and Pro. Each program has 3 difficulty levels. You will begin as a Newbie and finish up as a Pro, after going through 18 different cycling levels. Of course, you can change the levels if the existing plan is too easy or too hard.

Warm-up and cool-down exercise videos
As you ride, you go through thousands of repetitive motions, so it's important to ensure that your muscles and tendons can take this type of intense training. 5–10 minutes of stretching before and after a workout are essential for cyclists.
With Cycling.Diet, you will explore why cyclists need a comprehensive stretching routine, learn the basic principles of stretching for cyclists, and share plenty of scientific recommendations that will help you start loving your stretching routine even more.

A custom meal plan and healthy recipes

my understanding was that it was free. I get charged $66 for something. I don’t remember agreeing to. I’ve contacted them. They were supposed to have refunded part of the fee but it’s not showing up on my credit card. I like the app until I was getting charged and I said I put it in the card and I agreed to charge it. I don’t remember agreeing to being charged anything. I usually remember those things? All I have to say is I better not get charged next year.

These guys care nothing about cycling just your money

I requested cancellation over a year ago and was charged again in 2023. Requested cancellation again and was told we don’t do refunds. Never used the product but read other reviews there are far better apps available.

The diets are something you can generate with ChatGpT. I mean I already love cycling. So yeah, not worth the money. In addition, the day you hit cancel is the day your account gets billed. Overall experience: I guess I’ve spent $60 on dumber things so it’s done. Moving on. Stay away.

Just recipes, nothing else. Buy a book instead.

I expected something more when I purchased this application. At a minimum I expected to get recipe recommendationIn some sort of shopping list mechanism. I would’ve hoped that it also included a web interface to look at the same.Instead all I got was a list of recipes that I could’ve gotten out of a book that cost a lot less.They have a no refund policy but they did manage to give me a 50% refund. I would’ve preferred 100%.

The product sound good but in reality it lacks substance. The meal plans are basically grain bowls twice a day with variations in “add-ins” or “toppers”. The training plans are also simply a few warm-ups and cool down exercises with a description like “easy ride” with a target heart rate range. Finally even if you cancel immediately. I signed up and saw it was a joke, emailed to cancel and request a refund on less than 4- hours ( it took a couple hours for the plan to be available). Their are refusing to refund my money. Clearly they know this product is inferior so they do not provide samples or trial. Once you have signup you can cancel anytime but no refund! Subscribe to something else, anything else. TrainerRoad is a much better product with real training.

I paid the subscription and was never able to log into the app. I was originally excited to use this as I recently got into biking but I ended up cancelling my subscription and getting a refund because of the issues trying to log in

I was recently charged $66 for an app I have never used. I never got any information from them since one year ago. I was charged $66 for their “program”. As soon I saw the charge—same day, within minutes, I sent an email asking for a refund and for them to end my subscription. They informed me they couldn’t refund me because of their policy of having to prove it doesn’t work & because it is a digital plan. I never received the plan nor did I receive a notification that they would be charging me. They agreed to refund me $33 “as a courtesy” but also allow me to use the program for 12 months and informed me how to use the app. I went to the app to check it out to see what I was even paying for. They had refunded me $33 and completely canceled my account so that I couldn’t even get $33 worth of their so called program. I contacted them straight away about this and they said they would send it to the their tech support. I have heard nothing. I received $33 back, but they literally stole the other $33 from me.

App would not work for me and denied refund

I ordered this app, loaded it to my Iphone…had code sent to login and it would not work. I did that 6 times and each code was invalid and would not allow me to log in. I immediately emailed the company asking for a direct refund because the service I paid for was not available and I could not log in at all. Customer service said they do not give full refunds but offered me 50% back- even after nothing was provided to me and I had tried multiple times 6 times to be exact with 6 different invalid codes. So in fact they Re stealing from the public by not providing a service.

For someone with ADHD, I need clear organization. There’s a place to log your calories and an easy-to-view calendar that helps you hit your cycling goals. I love the combination of fitness and diet tracking in this app.
