I really like this magazine content although the iPad app has stopped working. It appears there haven’t been any updates for 3yrs. Anyone got any ideas to get it working again ?

Crashes when opening

After update the app crashes as it starts to load. This must be the tenth time I cannot access the app. I wont be renewing next time and will be asking apple fr a refund.

I’ve loved this magazine and app for years but now it crashes 95% of the time within a few seconds of opening a new issue. After app reinstall and even clean iPadOS installs the problem persists. Utterly pointless! I will not renew my subscription again.

Why is the app so rubbish, still? Some months I can login fine, others it refuses to recognise my email, customer or account number. Waste of time and money. Makes me realise why there are 3 issues for £5 offers to try and tempt me back. It did, but not again unless the app can be sorted out. It’s 2022 for f’s sake. The app has been around for ages, why hasn’t it been perfected yet?

Have enjoyed catching up on older issues of the magazine but issues 100 to 108 cause the app to crash after a few seconds. Will stop me from renewing my subscription until its fixed!

Avoid the digital app at all costs. Using on a top of the line iPad Pro and it crashes... all the time. I have complained through the account link within the magazine and just get fobbed off to Apple. Never a fan of people who don’t own their problems.

Hi, I am a super fan of the Cyclist Magazine. I have joined at the celebration of the 100th beginning issue. I love each issue since then. I have recently purchased the Cyclist Ride ‘The Greatest Cycling Routes in the World’. I find the book a wonderful resource to get to know all the greatest places to cycle to in Europe & the Rest of the World. I am wondering if the cyclist could provide a resource with all the rides routes in the Cyclist Ride available as device compatible files for anyone interested to do any of the rides. A nice mix of product reviews, rides from around the world, tech talk and advice on keeping fit both on and off the bike. It’s a stylish package but with substance containing stunning photos of the months featured ride and the features are informed and witty.
