Paid 70 quid for tickets and it’s not sending me my email verification. What am I supposed to do now…

Football Association of Wales is your digital ticket wallet for tickets purchased through faw.cymru, linked to your FAW customer account.
Tickets are stored safely and securely on your phone, preventing them from being lost, stolen, or fraudulently copied.
When it’s time to enter the event, just select on your ticket to display the QR code and have your screen ready to be scanned by venue staff.

Where is my e-ticket?
Purchased football tickets and got a confirmation email including seat numbers and all information but this app doesn’t show my e-ticket and it doesn’t show my tickets. No feedback for my appeal.
Shockingly Bad
Can get past the verification stage as I’m not receiving a verification code via txt message. Zero help or support. I can’t get access to tickets I have paid for.
No tickets showing
No tickets showing on app, have messaged FAW and still no luck so far.
Cannot access app
In order to use the app, it requires you to verify both your phone number and email. Phone verification was fine but it will not send a confirmation email (not in junk folder). Therefore I cannot access my tickets. I have seen other reviewers on here having the same issue
