Prima app en support
Een prima app, erg handig voor de club. Ritten makkelijk te organiseren en nieuws te delen. Goede support, een probleem kan natuurlijk altijd optreden maar het team staat dan klaar voor een snelle reactie en actie. Top!
Verbeterd
Na de laatste update krijg ik ineens allemaal vreemde clubs in mijn overzicht te zien. Heb ik niet om gevraagd en krijg ze ook niet verwijdert. Graag zsm een bugfix. Update: voorgaande problemen zijn opgelost en er zijn een flink aantal verbeteringen doorgevoerd. Enige puntje van kritiek (daarom 4 ipv 5 sterren) is dat de app niet altijd even stabiel is waardoor data soms niet laadt. Echter zijn deze problemen nooit van lange duur. Update: stabiliteit is weer slechter geworden. Soms doet de app helemaal niets, soms blijft het laden zonder resultaat en soms duurt het meer dan een minuut voordat er iets te zien is. Terug naar 2 sterren.
Nieuwe aangemaakt rit niet meer te bewerken
Fantastisch app en wordt veel gebruikt binnen onze club. Sindskort niet meer mogelijk om nieuwe aangemaakte ritten daarna te bewerken. Nu kan je alleen maar "kopiëren". Zou fijn zijn als dat weer mogelijk is. Voorheen stond ook dat je "initiatiefnemer" bent. Nu is dat niet meer.
Overzichtelijk
Werk super, altijd bij de hand, en je kunt je keuze altijd veranderen
Mooie App !
Zeer goede bibliotheek voor de routes, voorkomt veel onnodig Whatsapp verkeer. GPX makkelijk te delen.
Filter op ritten
Als je ineens ritten van andere clubs ziet, dan blijkt er een instelling te zijn die openbare ritten ook laat zien…
Agenda na update vervuild
Na de update ineens allemaal ritten in de club agenda die niks met de club te maken hebben.
Voor onze fietsclub de ideale app
We gebruiken als FietsFriezen Leeuwarden de Cyqlapp nu een jaar. Geen gedoe meer met whatsapp, maar een overzichtelijke rittenadministratie. En we gebruiken alle andere functionaliteiten maximaal. Een duidelijke agenda. En een duidelijk nieuwsfeed. En het smoelenboek wordt ook erg gewaardeerd. Voor onze club en onze leden willen we niet meer anders.
