This version has some nice UI/UX updates but upon finishing a ride the apl just hangs and I am unable to do so... also there is no one picking up the phone at 3am (even says that such a number is non-existent) so I am in a deadlock.

1. Download the app, register, then add your payment method
2. Find a nearby bike on the map and optionally book your ride
3. Scan the QR code to unlock your vehicle
4. Start riding anywhere in Sofia freely, and if you wish - pause your trip
HOW TO END YOUR TRIP?
1. Park in the zone outlined on the map (and never block any sidewalk, road, or access point)
2. Lock manually using the smart lock above the rear tire
3. End your rental from the app button

Amazing
Bikes are amazing, customer support is fast and very helpful even late at night. 10/10 would recommend!
Terrible service
The bikes almost never unlock, customer service isn’t available 24/7 even though the bikes are unlockable at all hours.
Fun but expensive
Too expensive. It's cheaper to get a Spark or one of those mini scooters. Also the set up is a paaaaaain in the....someone really should streamline the UI and set up gpay or apple pay. Otherwise it's quite fun.
Bikes are not serviced
Great idea, unfortunately the bikes don’t seem to be serviced very often or at all. In the past 2 weeks 4 out of 5 bikes I tried to rent had issues. Hope you start servicing them more often, so they can be actually used and not just decay and become another piece of trash in the city :)
Bad app
terrible app, never use it, it lags, doesn't let you rent a bike, doesn't let you complete your trip and just takes your money.
Why not cover most major bike lanes in Sofia?
Why are some neighborhoods privileged to have Cyrcl and not others? Why are Mladost, the business park, and other east neighborhoods deprioritized? The area is flat there.
Worst experience ever
I do NOT recommend you using cyrcl outside the city center of Sofia. QR codes does not work properly. App blocks when you try to reserve. But the worst of it all is locking the bike, you will spend eternity to find the right spot the leave the it although it seems to be in the zone. The idea is good but the app should be ameliorated.
The best
Cyrcl is the best alternative of the cars! The app is amazing and the bikes are in great condition! I ride the bikes few times and it was great! It is cheap qnd really useful for the hot days and for the moment you are in a rush! Forget for the electric scooters, Hello Cyrcl! 💙
