Hopefully stops my facebook from being hacked

I want my money back but no one has gotten back to me.

I downloaded this app in May 2024 I signed up for a free 7 day trial and cancelled the trial within 24 hours of starting it. Within the next few weeks I was charged 9.99 usd twice. I tried emailing them multiple times to ask why I was being charged weeks after I'd cancelled my subscription which I could prove and got no response. I ended up having to dispute the transactions through my bank. Now, in July 2024 I have been charged again. Do not enter any of your personal details in this app and don't subscribe to anything. Sounds dodgy to me.

This company was useless. Send a message, get asked a question or two then no one gets back to you.

I think the app is having teething problems. I set the VPN to on during set up and have found it automatically switches off. I have to continuously reset it. Doubt the app’s usefulness at this point. Reporting the bug to the developer.

I downloaded a 7 day trial however it says i my email is associated with Walmart Spotify & Firefox which i am not. I live in Australia! I can’t even put in my phone number because the country code is wrong. Shame, as it looked like a valuable app

So I purchased this app because I have had my Facebook accounts hacked consecutively and can't seem to shake that and some other account issues. I download this app start entering my info and run a security scan and it flags itself as my only security issue because it is outdated. Ok so I go to the App Store to update. Only the App Store says it is up to date. I try reaching out via the help options which all lead me to email. I sent email requests and in over a week have heard nothing back. If this is the service that is provided and I can't get a response this remains my review and I'll cancel my subscription. Possibly an issue unrelated to the app itself but I can't find out.
