Batteries are great and app has been fine. The app needs minor bug fixes and needs an option to turn devices on through the phone. Would also like to be able to stop the device from receiving AC or Solar input as you can with turning on and off output.

I’ve downloaded the app twice. I registered. When I try to log in it asks me for a verification code sent to my email, which I never receive

The app always shows 1736 watt input when there is zero. I can’t ever remotely check my batteries status because the app is always frozen in time with 12 percent on all batteries and charging. I love the batteries but the app is worthless

Your app doesn’t work I’ve spent hours today and it keeps dropping the installation

Looks better but so slow

The unit itself works as advertised, however the app needs some serious work. Updates are frequent and they’re fixing many issues so I hope that continues. One of my biggest gripes with the app is how easy it is to accidentally power off the unit in the energy flow style homepage(I prefer that over standard) an easy fix would be to add a confirmation prompt after hitting power off.
