On dacadoo, users can closely monitor their exercise, nutrition, mindfulness and sleep, as well as their physical and mental wellbeing. Besides the integrated tracking functionality, users can also take advantage of popular apps and devices, such as Apple Health to help synchronize exercise, weight, sleep and other data with dacadoo. To help your users remain active and engaged, dacadoo applies motivation techniques from behavioral science and gamification, collaborative features from social networks, and provides personalized feedback.

Our platform is only available for eligible users with an access code. If you would like to implement dacadoo for your insurance company or for corporate wellness purposes, please send us an email at [email protected]
Please note that dacadoo has a rewards shop connected for demonstration purposes for its corporate clients, but the shop is NOT available for users at this moment, as it is not part of a current user subscription.

Fantastic new version
dacadoo continues to earn its best in class reputation with this latest 3.11 update! Great changes to UX and coaching content make it easier to navigate and stay engaged in my health.
Good but needs work
Great app, especially the coach, except it does not always get the units of measurement right. I have it set on imperial but it still recommends metric measures of food and water.
What's the point, worthless
What's the point of having an app linked to other external data sources when it doesn't pull anything in. I use a Fitbit and a GPS sports watch which tracks everything I do every day. After using this app for a week it only pulled 2 events on the first day and only after I manually requested to sync. Not worth the time, glad there is a trial, no money spent. Zero stars.
App is okay but content not so much
I found this app really confusing and the web version didn't really help. It did not guide me in any way. I signed up and got a rating then had trouble navigating and figuring out what to do next and I am pretty tech savy.
Addicting, engaging, fun!
This app has inspired me to take every free moment to move in someway. The social interaction is great, being able to see what hiking biking and running routes others are taking in the world is super cool. Looking forward to evolution of this app👍
Dacadoo review
Great interface, idea, and gamification. Could be even better if it integrated with the iPhone health app, which also tracks things like your steps walked in a day and the amount of time spent biking.

The idea of a comprehensive health score is great. Really helps me get an idea of how all my health activities work together to bring me a healthier lifestyle.
