Efficient and easy
Being able to use this app has made it much easier to keep track of wash and dry times as well as card balance.
Can’t add payment
The app won’t let me add any kind of payment. Debit card? Nope. Credit card? No luck. I’ve called dadson numerous times and no one is able to help. My neighbors in the building have the same problem. If they want our money, I suggest resolving this issue.

Very convenience and work great, our building always has problems with the machines stealing our coins and going to the market to way for a long time to get a roll of coins was a hassle with this app i just refills and carry on with my day. Being using for a couple of months so far haven’t had any issues
HOA washers
I do not like that the price went up. It took a while to get use to the app but I finally figured it out. Now I don’t need to depend on finding change. I don’t think it is senior friendly.

Easy as it gets
I’ll take this Dadson pay system over any other system I’ve used. Coins are dead, cards are out, phone pay is the way. Reloading money is super easy, payment is just as easy and I love the timer notifications. Love it all.
