The App and web methods of sending money have made it easier, however the app should be improved in its functionality. Thanks a lot for your help.

I feel disrespected on another level

Waste of my time and money

This app steals your money

This used to be a good app. But the last two times I transferred money, it didn’t get delivered to the recipient and customer service was not helpful. I lost $60 because of this. I recommend that you use a different app if you do not want your money to get lost.

More improvements

Once you log in your information you won’t be able to delete this app is not flexible to use every one also people in chat support are only in Somalia not around world. When you send something ore ask it will took them 5 minutes to get answers from them.

Y’all need to put a lot of work to this app. It’s not flexible app! For instance, if you save a number to Somali section and you wanna delete or change to Somaliland section there is no an option that you can!

Poor customer support

Extremely poor customer support not to mention they don’t have Canadian number or 1800 for us here in North American! In the app despite choosing Canada as my country when I try to call it dials UK number which is long distance The chat support take forever and when one support personal answers they ask you to restart the whole concern again instead of reading previous massages! Kindly improve the app and how customers can interact and reach out easily

Bad customer service

Slow in responding inquiries. Customer service does not seem to know anything. They don’t answer simple and general questions. I’m new but the experience in account opening alone is such a nightmare. I am hesitant to send funds if customer service is not efficient. It may take years before your recipients get the money.

No customer service

I sent money and taking from debit and never reached recipient

This app has saved me a lot of money and time, it is very convenient and easy to use. No more with drawing cash and making multiple stops. I connected it to my bank account directly and I am able to send to multiple countries easily within minutes!
