the Bluetooth connection between iPhone and BTSC adapter is OK. iPhone displays connected and the adapter states solid red light. However, when I turn on the app and start detecting the VRV information, the screen cannot show anything.
App is basically unusable. Can’t even connect to the units
Does not get further than customer selection screen. Downloaded and deleted. Only up to version 1.1.32 but google phone is on version 1.1.39. Saw this app work fine on google phone with version 1.1.39. Hopefully this can be resolved and app able to be used for iPhone users as advertised.
This app is terrible! Not user friendly at all. Multiple people trying to get app up and running for a training class and nobody could figure out how to get it setup! Make more user friendly.
Which values give me discharge superheat in this app? Also finding right MN to connect to is a pain sometimes
All sorts of UI issues, failures to connect to Bluetooth, failures to display data, and overall very confusing and unintuitive experience. iPhone 12 +latest OS as of time of review
Since last update in February 2020, the app crashes when trying to email the data from the app to an email address.
Since this last update, I have not been able to connect to the equipment. Are there issues with this update? 901.849.9781
