Terrible!
Spent extra $600 for the wifi controller and combined with this app is useless! It keeps giving errors and you need to restart the app 4 to 5 times and log in an out multiple times before to be able to do anything! Zero stars!

Control and monitor your Daikin Ducted Air Conditioner from your iOS smartphone or tablet via Wi-Fi or internet.
This "Airbase" app will provide the majority of functions already available via the Daikin wall mounted remote control panel.
Standard functions such as On/Off, temperature, fan speed and mode of operation are easily set or monitored via the App.
Additional functions such as easy set On/Off timers, Push notification, Interactive setup wizard, Dealer contact details and maintenance functions are also provided.
Depending on the model of air conditioner, indoor and outdoor temperature is also displayed.
If a Daikin Zone Controller is fitted to the air conditioner, the naming and remote control of zone dampers is also supported.
The zone control functionality also requires the Daikin Air Conditioner to be fitted with a Daikin Zone Controller (model BRC24Z4A, BRC24Z8A, BRC230Z4A or BRC230Z8A) along with associated zone control dampers.
This application requires a compatible Daikin Air Conditioner fitted with Daikin Wireless LAN Connecting Adapter (BRP15B61).
The App and Adapter also supports Daikin light commercial (Sky Air) split systems such as under-ceiling and cassette models.
If the indoor unit has a swing louver function, the App will recognise this and provide an additional air flow direction button and indication symbol.

Terrible app
Got to be the worst Aircon controller application ever written. It takes an age to connect to the Aircon and even then only works a 3rd of the time. Really disappointing Daikin please get your act together. If I could give it no stars I would.
Daikin Airbase firmware update
Airbase no longer works, apparently I need to update firmware, would love to know how I do that. Based on installers advice Airbase has been deleted & reinstalled a number of times still no luck. The ability to control the ducted system remotely was a key reason for selecting Daikin along with promised support. Far less than impressed with the technology & support & to be fair would struggle to recommend. While the system works very well the support & controlling technology is rubbish thus far
No 7 day scheduling???
This is so bad….
Great heat pump useless app
I wouldn’t waste the money on the wifi unit. The only thing you can schedule is an on/off timer and turn on while you are away. You can’t schedule settings based on time or day of the week which is what I was after.
Hopeless
Don’t bother spending the money on the WiFi module. Absolute waste of money.
Unreliable
It’s hit or miss with this wireless control. Mitsubishi is much much better.
Needs huge improvements
Time continually gets out of sync, so timer doesn’t work properly when this happens. No dark mode! Slow. Would almost base not getting a Daikin heat pump based on having to use a terrible app.
Terrible
It’s a shame that Daikin released something so terrible when their air-conditioners are so fantastic. It takes forty seconds for the app to connect, then after changing the temperature of one zone, you have to wait another 40 seconds until you can change the next. No ability to change all zones at once. No dark mode for night time use. The temperature reading is inconsistent to the thermostat on the wall. Don’t waste your money. I can only hope Daikin updates the software.
Garbage
The wifi module was very expensive. The app is next to useless. It’s very very slow to start. There’s no scheduling. What a wasted of money. Disappointed
