Clear and Concise
I have viewed several downloadable applications but stopped short of downloading due to the Privacy/Terms of Agreement statement. Upon viewing, reading and fully comprehending the expectations of use of this application, I did not hesitate to download. The privacy terms and agreement statement is the best I have ever come across, perfectly written, easily understood and made well aware of my responsibilities to having access to and using the application. Not everyone is a lawyer, arbitrator or writing expert, therefore simplicity is key. As for the application, so far so good. Thank you for considering “me” when the mission was concluded for this application. Please remain humanistic by considering and including all walks of persons to enjoy your application.
