Add are obnoxious in your face.

A couple years ago I wrote a review complaining about the terrible ads and user interface, but they have just changed and updated the app so those problems no longer exist. The app functions wonderfully now and is a joy to use. The ads are less in your face, and now I was finally able to purchase the add-free version which was only $2. The whole user interface now is so easy to use and the layout is much more pleasing to navigate. I’m so thankful because this has always been my favorite devotional app, despite the previous challenges, because the content is just so good. The devotions are a perfect start and end to my day, and they’re not cheesy or corny as many other apps are, there’s real substance to them and it has genuinely helped me so much during hard times and becoming closer to God. Thank you to those involved in getting this app updated!!! Changed to 5 star!!! ❤️

I would like to have in app Bible for more in-depth readings of Scripture daily Verses. Without me leaving App to use other Bible App to look up verse of the Day

I’ve been using this devo app for a very long time, it’s my go to devotional. Thank you so much for providing these awesome messages. My concern though…. There have been several “misplaced” words lately, more than I’ve ever noticed over all the years. Maybe it happens during translation? The concern is that someone not as familiar with God’s Word might become confused by it.

The app doesn’t work as well since the update for me. It doesn’t refresh to current date and can’t open the night time devotional unless I shut my phone off and restart it.

Today, my devotional page popped up with a totally new look and NO BIBLE verse!! Just trivia & humor and both of those don’t open to anything but an ad. What happened??

I used to love this app. But the ads are becoming relentless. They keep popping up and won’t stop, and now a lot of them have sound. So while I am trying to have my quiet time with the Lord, I keep having ads pop us and interrupting my quiet time with God. I will be moving to another app.

The screen is blank when I open my APP . It’s been like this for three days. I’ve deleted and reloaded, still the same blank screen.

To many times are verses attributed to the wrong chapters and books. If we are to grow and learn in Christ and of the Bible, then who ever posts the daily devotions need to review, re-read and edit before posting. I am “thisclose” to deleting the app and moving on elsewhere. Other than this, I enjoy the message implied and most of the responses. I would hate to leave, but….

After using this app for years I noticed the 1/21/24 devotion was inaccurate per my KJV. Jesus cannot be referenced in Hosea as he wasn’t born until Matthew. Also, the advertisements before reading can seem inappropriate at times.
