I like the variety of breathing techniques and the choice of background sounds. Can you NOT adjust my volume! Why would you do that? Not at all calming to have my volume turned up excessively.

Amazing app, take time for yourself, it’s really healing to your body, there is few options and many things that you can choose, with sounds or without, even listening to music and it is still working good.
Great app! Easy to use, easy to customize. Highly effective
Simple, easy to use interface. With lots of choices for types of breathing exercises, Somewhat robotic voice, giving instruction, would prefer a softer calmer voice. The bells do sound similar to one another. I would like to have a fuller sound. I see myself using this often because I often lose count when I do these types of exercises. This tells me when to inhale and exhale and for how long.
I don’t understand why a breathing app needs access to my identifiers and my contacts. Fishy
Great app
Pretty good but needs unlimited rounds option
It really helps me out in my breathing exercises. I do it daily after job.
