Charged during the free trial and no access to data
I wanted to see how the app works, took the offer of "free 3 days" trial and get charged immediately! In less than 1 minute! Moreover, I exited the app and then wanted to enter the app again: I am asked again for my personal data AND to subscribe in order to be allowed to enter the app, AFTER I was charged while never subscribed!
Error unsubscribe
It can’t be accessed and if you subscribe it’s nearly impossible to unsubscribe since you can’t open the app Since I can’t access the app from the app nor there is a canceling button in the App Store, how would you suggest going about the unsubscribing process?
