Waste of money

Paid for the app downloaded it and it freezes every time I try to create an account. I’ve tried it four times now and it doesn’t work and the app has no link for customer service cause I can’t even set up an account

Be aware they have “adds in for which they charge you separately if you accidentally click “next” while purchasing a program from them.

I cannot get into my account. I have tried several times when I asked for help I was told to go in and log in again Then I was asked whether or not I had paid for the subscription and provided the information for that And again, I’m getting a request from the helpdesk or somebody login again I’m not logging in. I’m done. Please refund my money

This app when signing up made it so I received extra charges up front when I thought I was bypassing it, instead it charged me. I requested money back, they refused. THIS IS A SCAM APP! BEWARE! Reporting to the BBB

They take your money up front with no access to your account and before you’ve had a chance to use anything or even access it. After they take it and you can not get in to your account they just delete your account and tell you all sales are final. That all was within one hour! Scam!

This app is a scam. Do not down load or even do the trial. They will not refund you either.

Leaving one star because 0 stars isn’t an option. False advertising. No refunds. They make you jump through hoops to get a ‘personalized plan’ and then make you look for what you want anyway. Total waste of time.

I purchased the 9.99 option and after the first lesson the paywall showed up. I kept clicking on restore purchase and it would send me back to the first lesson. For $9.99 I only got 4 slides out of it. Sent me in a maddening loop.
