I don’t know what happens but I can not scroll and set a Bed time. I see max time is 20:00 and I can not go down, app not allows me to scroll. Wrote to the support, they don’t answer

Before I even started I’m in love
Just got it and I am needing out so hard!
I am amazing all the features options and this is literally exactly what I was wanting to help me keep my habit schedule! I bought the 1 month today so I can try it out for a month at a cheaper rate and see!!
App won’t load
The application doesn’t load on my ipad.
Charged for the free trial
They said you get a free three day trial of the premium features but they charged me immediately. Absolutely terrible. Makes me not want to even try the app out. So disappointed

I wanted to love this so bad
I bought the annual membership for this app and I love a lot about it, but it’s so buggy, the calendar keeps deleting all of my recurring tasks, it takes forever to load, functions just stop working, etc. it has such potential but it really is borderline unusable right now with all the bugs.

They stole my money during my free trial and wouldn’t respond to my inquiries!
I had downloaded this app last night under the guise of a free 3 day trial. They charged me the full annual subscription fee before 24 hours! When I tried to contact their customer service, they didn’t respond and now my chat feature is not working! I really had high hopes for this app as it’s aesthetically pleasing, has functions and features that are specific to it, and seemed to tie all the attributes of my productivity together neatly. I messaged them about an issue I was having with one of the features being glitchy, nbd. They didn’t respond. This morning when I opened my bank information and they had charged me the full annual fee! I tried again to message them and the messenger feature is not allowing me to send anything. So I sent them a message under the technical help function. I’m very dissatisfied with the lack of communication and the unprofessional money-grabbing techniques they’re using. Hopefully, this review causes them to reach out and return my money!
