Create a routine and stick to it with Daily Routine! Reduce stress, maintain balance and increase productivity by allocating the right amount of time to all your activities.
Ever felt you're spending too much time on some part of your life, or too little? Daily Routine helps you spend time on all of the things that are important to you, such as: exercise, family, work, relaxation, hobbies, studying, mediation and personal projects.
First, create a list of the activities you do regularly. Then, create blocks for your activities and add repetition where necessary. Speed things up by scheduling sequences of blocks at a time. As your timeline grows, Daily Routine can (optionally) notify you when each block starts. It's the easiest way to enjoy the productivity and peace-of-mind of having a routine!
Entirely funded by subscriptions, Daily Routine focuses on being the best time management app for subscribers. It's free for the first 2 weeks, so give it a try. There's also a one-time in-app purchase option for those who prefer to avoid subscriptions.

How much does Daily Routine cost?
Daily Routine has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is USD 28.99.
Thank you for bringing back this app! I was a devoted user of the first iteration, and I could not find a decent replacement. For anyone who wants to set a daily time block schedule, this app is for you. With the activities, sequences and planning eras, you can set yourself up for success. The notification option will even ding you when it’s time to switch focus to a new block. I just spent a little time tweaking my weekday sequences and felt I have to drop in this review. I am a loyal subscriber and I hope this app is here to stay.
Not free to use
As soon as I opened the app I couldn’t even use it without a pop up to pay for subscription….
😑
i opened the app for the first time and I couldn’t get out of the payment subscription page if there is a solution please reply
Brains just like health care Epic timeline
The only app in the store that ques up duties as the time approaches. Epic, a major health care app for doctors and all caregivers, has a Brains timeline. This is what Daily Routine has achieve, but with a lot of adjustability and flexibility. The timeline approach works extremely well. And it’s a good investment for staying on time and focusing.
REQUIRED SUBSCRRIPTION
Dont download it requires a monthly subscription and costs 35-90 depending on your sub didnt even use it one time.
Unethical.
Developer appears to have deliberately broken the earlier version of this app, so that it "crashes" when you attempt to add an item to your schedule. It does this every single time, and even announces in advance that it's going to crash. There is a special dialog that pops up: "Crashing in 5 seconds." This appeared in an update after long neglect. The app has since been updated again with a link to a sales pitch for the new edition, and a rambling justification for putting bug fixes and compatability updates on a subscription model. Get real.
Insult to injury, the free trial is entirely unusable without going through payment confirmation. Can't even look at the settings or examine how the app will handle cancelation. A one-time purchase is available for three times the price of a premium word processor or music workstation. But don't forget, all future versions are free. Until the next pricing model, that is.
Will not work
The app allows me to pick blank timeline and then crashes. App closes and will not allow me to restart.
Terrible
Extremely confusing app and interface with no decent tutorial anywhere or explanation to anything. Difficult to put routine together. For a subscription user face should not be this bad. And missing basic features. Like…what is a sequence? What is a block? What is an activity? What’s the difference between them? Why can I see the time when I’m making these blocks/sequences etc? Why is it so difficult to move anything around?
This app could be GREAT if it just added some common sense things.
Still worse than “pre-buggy” legacy version.
Like those fond of legacy app, I hoped this would be like finding that “great tool” I had lost. Yay, it’s back!
Nope.
[As of June, 2022:] App is cumbersome, significant, new learning curve, and buggy.
I remain hopeful and regularly check App Store for updates.
Because of the outstanding legacy version, I kept my subscription going for a few months hoping it would approach quality of legacy app (prior to bugs).
My constructive criticism: Please fix legacy app (of age-related bugs) to run smoothly, now. Then come back to this version to improve.
Solid App, I'm Hopeful of Improvements
Not sure if my review posted so I'm posting again
I experience time blindness and this app helps manage that immensely. UI/UX is solid. App is responsive/does not lag. A bit of a learning curve to navigate through, but certainly learnable with a little bit of time. Ability to build sequences of actions that you repeat. My AM routine for working out, sleeping, and "mundane" things can be made at a really granular level, then duplicated for some variation, which I appreciate. You can customize the type of alarm (if any) you want for individual actions ("blocks"). Option to buy the app outright, pay an annual subscription fee, or pay a monthly subscription fee.
I have two wish list items. First, I wish modifying a "planned" schedule on the go would be less cumbersome. Frankly, if there is an option to do this, For example, say my workout block in my morning sequence is scheduled to end at 7:05am. I cannot just add ten minutes to that block in the sequence. I can't [figure out how to] change the duration of the workout block for this ONE day of this sequence; I can only change ALL workout blocks in the sequence for today and everyday going forward where I have already planned this sequence. Although there is a "reality" view - the option to see what actually happened rather than what you planned - this is also clunky to navigate. If I try adjusting the workout block in the "reality" view, it changes ONLY the duration of that block without updating the starting time for the next activities in the sequence. So, in the previous example, let's say my workout is scheduled to end at 7:05am, and I am planned to start getting ready for work at 7:06am. If I add ten minutes to my workout block, the workout will extend to 7:15am, but getting ready for work will overlap with the workout block, rather than being pushed to 7:16am.
Second, I would like Daily Routine to automatically calculate when to add blocks/sequences. For example, say I want to fall asleep by 10pm. I have a pre-sleep routine set in a sequence. My pre-sleep sequence is approximately 2 hours long, but I'm not actually sure of its duration down to the minute. I would like for the app to calculate the latest I would have to start my pre-sleep routine before it overlaps with my "sleep" activity.
