Easy to follow guides based on a variety of areas of focus (lower back, full body, etc). I like that the app doesn't try to intrude on my life.
Its pretty good but 2 things you shouldn't have to pay for trying to relax or do the splits, because some people are shy to go to a class so they try online but have to pay. The other thing is you should at least make the age limit 10 because 10 year olds my want to learn the splits. Everything else is great the people on the videos are calm and not demanding and they have different workout times so yeah download Nowwwwww
I’ve done two sessions so far (so still new). I’d like to see some more consistent verbal explanation of where to feel the stretches and reminders to breath through all the stretches. Otherwise feeling pretty good. Looking forward to more sessions
I tried neck release and already feel better after my first 7 minute stretch routine! Please add sync to Apple Health. Thanks!
There aren’t any stretches demonstrated by men, otherwise, it’s a good app!
Very good quality videos, you can adjust the preferences in the beginning
It has a big variety of classes for good stretching.
