Tracking what you eat and how much you excerise is shown to be an effective tool in losing weight and keeping it off.
To help you set goals and stick with them, you have a daily food budget and a weekly bonus. All foods have a cost associated with them. The food you eat is subtracted from your daily budget. If you go over your daily budget, the cost is subtracted from your weekly bonus. You can boost your daily budget by performing exercise.
The app is well suited for people who follow a commercial weight lose plan or simply want to count calories. It includes a searchable 3600+ food database, from the USDA National Nutrient Database, which includes several popular chain restaurants, and brand name foods. The Activity list has over 240 different exercises and budget boosting values.
To determine your daily budget please consult your medical professional.

So good!
I never use the database, so I couldn't comment on that, but the app overall is awesome. Allows you to count in half points, add your own favourite foods/dishes and track exercise. Adding to your daily diary can be a little arduous if you're adding several items, but it's the best app available for tracking everything!
Track It
A useful app for counting calories and a good summary page. Easy to use. However food data base is too large and finding simple foods almost impossible. An Australian data base would be useful. Don't know why you can't earn back bonus points when all daily calories are not used.
Track nothing
Very disappointed with this app. The food database is rubbish. Contains so many food items but be buggered if I can find some basic simple items.
Couldn't find yoghurt, normal green bean & when I did find something similar the kj's were wrong.
This needs some serious tweaking to be useful. Don't waste your money.
I am tired of rubbish being rolled out without prior test to meet consumer standards.
Use my fitness pal instead!
Not very slick, and with an American-centric slant. Use my fitness pal instead, exact same features except more and better, a way better version.
Great motivator
Easy to use after getting used to portion sizes and building yr favorite list up. It really reinforces the point that weightloss is simple maths. Nice to get extra calories to eat by doing exercise. Amazing how little processed food can be included on 1500 calories a day!
Really great!!
Really easy to use, you can put in all your own foods which is good as the food list is largely American so a lot of it doesn't apply to me, but other than that I have found this so helpful and convenient!!
Almost unusable
Has some nice features like the clear summary page. But ran too slowly on my iPod to be useful. Food list is immense, but mos entries are unrecognisable to me.
Great app
Great app only one problem it won't keep the points for foods in my favorites so was a pain but all else was just what I needed
Hmm
App jammed on the first use. Not really impressed. Food list would be great if I was American.
