I have been using this app on and off for years and my needs have evolved over that time. At first it was just for abs, but now I also like the other muscle groups, cardio and Pilates. I would like to see some more low impact cardio exercises. It’s good for a quick targeted session if you don’t have much time, but also for longer as you can combine different muscle groups. Many of the workouts are without equipment, but if you pay the one-time charge, you can pick and mix exercises to remove any with stuff you don’t have. This means it works well when traveling- you don’t need much space so can fit in 10 or 20 mins in your hotel room. The equipment is mostly needed for arms and some of the leg workouts. My tips: If you aren’t too fit, choose the 5 minute sessions so you only get 30 seconds of each form of torture - build up to the 10 min sessions to get 60 seconds full benefit as you get stronger. Tilt your device to upright to see the coaching tips. Play your music in another app alongside. Summary: thanks for a great app which is simple, reliable and inspiring.

Egner sig ikke til camping/rejse træning. Da man skal bruge håndvægte i nogle af øvelserne. For lid tid mellem skiftene, man kan ikke nå at vende sig eller ligge/stille sig. Hvis man lider af ondt i ryggen så husk at justere øvelserne efter hvor meget du kan. Ex. Ved øvelser hvor der hoppes, kan lave få med hop og festen uden. Ellers nogle gode øvelser.
