Iron is an important part of our health and we don't always manage to keep track of our nutrients intake.
DailyIron helps you be more aware of your iron intake so that you can adjust it if it’s not where you need it to be.
You start by setting your goal, which you can adjust in time, and then search for foods you eat during the day to see their iron content. You log them in your today's list to keep track of how much iron you've had and how much more to go until you reach your goal for the day.
It also shows your history so that you can see your progress or just be aware of your dietary habits in terms of iron intake.
You can also add your own custom foods if you don’t find the right ones in the list and mark foods as favorites for quicker access next time.
DailyIron also shows you a list of high-iron foods you can use to get inspired when in need of more to reach your goal.
DailyIron saves your iron intake in your Apple Health app.
