The app is not showing the coupons received after recharging my wallet and also it doesn't show the offers available for me. Kindly rectify the issue as i am loosing the benefits that you intend to provide me. The pause option also doesn’t works properly, when i resume after that the delivery takes few days to reflect. Daily Moo abruptly suspended their operation in Kolkata without any prior information to the customer or to its employee. The wallet balance is stuck for indefinite time. Never seen such a irresponsible service company. I don’t know why they come to business if they don’t know how to do business.

For new customer, they should deliver the offer milk and curd for 3 days. The address was old one. So I requested to deliver in my new address in Bhubaneswar.The person tells that the milk has been discarded, what about curd? It’s also discarded in 2 days. They don’t have intention to listen to the customers. No need of sending the offer milk. Let the delivery boy and milky moo company enjoy with the milk and curd. So please don’t commit if you can’t fulfil. Thanks Let’s try a new app which provides milk in glass bottle and give them a chance because monopoly is not good.
Not only the app but the quality of product and the service is way too good. The app design is very good and not confusing at all.
