Poor Management Jeopardizes Health

The AC in our building hasn’t been working for over 15 hours while a 100+ degree heat wave is going on. We have been told that the problem would be fixed promptly only to have the heat persist with silence from Daisy. The apartments are boiling hot with no end in sight. This isn’t the first time we’ve had this problem and it is absolutely inexcusable that we aren’t being given updates. This will lead to critical health issues for pets, children, and the elderly if not solved ASAP.

Nope.

The app is relatively useless, as is the service. It allows you to register maintenance requests and view buildingwide announcements- however those announcements do not include important information all need to know (like that the elevator is out or there is no hot water) or timelines for repairs. They claim to manage over 100 buildings in the city but took two days to dispatch a plumber, which if they don’t have one on staff, I’d imagine could quickly find one. (My Google search of emergency plumbers nyc gave hundreds of options) Let’s see how long it takes them to send a locksmith to repair our broken front door. Tell your board not to bother with this app or company.

Inexplicably bad

The app is just inexplicably bad, looks like it should be straightforward but is not at all. Company is impossible to get ahold of and not good at management.

Bad onboarding experience

Wish I could tell you how the app is but I can’t actually get in. A few notes when you can’t register: -‘Contact us’ button doesn’t work. Doesn’t take you anywhere — it’s a dead end. -When you contact customer service you get a different reply each time on the same thread -No acknowledgement of sensitive docs received -No guidance on resolution outside of ‘it takes a few days’ My advice, don’t sell yourself as a proptech company when the reality is that you’re just putting branding on a third party UI/platform. Fix your onboarding.

The maintenance company is incredibly reliable, they respond within minutes. This app has everything you need simplified, I can tell the staff goes above and beyond for their clients. Rarely experienced such follow through, highly recommend

Horrible Management Company

Understanding that all things are moving digitally, this so far seems to be a failed attempt at building management. I’m a real estate agent here in NYC attempting to reach out for material information regarding a sale for an interested party. 1st: They never answer the phone and will attempt to call back in 24hrs or so. Even when they call you back you are told to email them for the most basic information about the building. Other management companies have a dedicated representative for the building that answers calls and emails in a more timely manner. 2nd: Requesting information from their website about a building 2 times now. Someone finally called me after leaving a voicemail and told me that their was no request for information from their site. This is now 2 weeks going. Person who called wasn’t even in charge of the building, but an operator that told me to email them directly. 3rd: Emailed directly and didn’t received a response until day 2 in which they asked what I needed answered. Explained I was an agent requesting sales application, maintenance, assessments, sublet policy, etc. Radio silence for 4 days now. Person who emailed me was also an operator telling me to email transfers department. This is such a horrible experience and service. They need to get their act together because quick response times is needed for real estate, period. We can potentially lose an interested party because of this and will cost my owner to lose more money in such a market. Get your act together.

User friendly, very easy to manage. At first I was a bit upset about the switch but after I got used to it I can definitely say it’s the best thing !!

Horrible

completely incompetent and dishonest. They engage shady subcontractors and provide zero overside.
