Amazingly great App, totally user friendly and easy to use to report concerns, monitor corrective status to completion, easy to upload a supporting photos too. For example, I noticed a streetlight that was blocked by a massive amount of overgrown tree branches, causing the streetlight to cast shadows instead of light on to the street below. I took a photo and used the App to report, I also used the App GPS feature which reported location. Within hours, I received an email that my request was received and within one days showed as in process. Glad to say that within 3 days the City hired a contractor with crew and Cherry Picker and removed the overgrown branches, job completed. Last night I checked the streetlight and pleased to say it now shines brightly on the street below without casting shadows. .
Needs to be updated for iOS 11 and optimized for iPhone X and it's screen.
