Description

Havatech Damaged Baggage Application enables any airlines and ground handlers’ agents to effectively report and inspect any luggage damage that occurred during flights. Using our application, airline and airport authorities can authenticate passengers’ claims for their damaged baggage using the photos taken during the check-in process.
Each airline has its own baggage policy through which it can determine different types of baggage damage. Airlines will pay for compensation based on the type of damage if the damaged item is covered by their repair and/or reimbursement offers. By using our mobile and tablet-based application, authorities are able to fully inspect the baggage status in case of providing compensation.
