Super quick and easy to submit a claim.

If you have any questions or you need contact the insurance company, you won’t be able to do so. Three times I called today, each time at least six minutes on the line, last time it was twelve minutes, nothing. No one answered. I’ve tried to reach them via chat bot, and even through the chat they are not accepting text messages! They blocked my insurance without notice, I spent two hours and one hundred twenty dirhams for taxi, to realize that I my application is cancelled due to insurance blockage.

من اسبوع احاول اتصل بخدمة العملاء ولا واحد رد علي ، عندي مطالبة المفروض فلوسي ترجع بعد اسبوع الحين شهر مافي اي شي ولا احد تتواصل معاه. قدمت شكوى في التطبيق و بعد مافي اي فائده.

The Daman app has been an incredibly frustrating experience. One of the most basic functionalities, the ability to switch between member and customer logins, is completely missing, making it unnecessarily difficult to navigate between accounts. On top of that, the face recognition login feature is unreliable. After signing out, it fails to work when trying to log in again, which is a major inconvenience. It's disappointing that such fundamental issues persist in an app that should be user-friendly. Overall, this app needs a lot of improvement in terms of both functionality and user experience.

Why is it not opening prompting me to update the app while its already updated in App store? I cant get in. Please advise.

شركة خرة Good luck if u have a dispute on any of the claims, just robotic replies from the customer service team without even bothering to read your email . They never respond to phone calls, kept in waiting for 12-20 min everytime I call with no answer

App is always buggy. I cannot download or view any document, policies, cards..etc

The app is buggy for some time now and all the labels in the app are showing as programming code. This has been going on for a month now
