Doesn’t work

I would love to play this game but when I try to open the tutorial the app closes and when I try play a chart no notes appear Please fix this

The notes don’t appear

I downloaded this game today and nothing works basically no notes when I play a skill chart and when I play a normal map it doesn’t start and doesn’t let me quit unless I close the app please fix this
